STF manufactures a full line of diamond tooling for the Rotogravure industry. This includes the following:
- Engraving stylus – Included angles ranging from 50° to 150° for all Deatwyler Engraving Heads and HelioKlipsograph engraving heads.
- Burrcutters and Slideshoes – Natural diamond wear parts to enhance the workings of the stylus for both the Deatwyler and Helio machines.
- PCD Tools – Regardless of the machine used to prep cylinders for the engraving process, STF will make a PCD tool that will give the finish needed for this exact process.
